Lupita Albor
Office Manager

Lupita Albor serves as the Office Manager for Capovilla and Williams, where she leverages her exceptional organizational skills to support our primary mission of providing top-notch legal guidance to veterans, service members, and federal employees in need.
In her role, Lupita manages the firm’s day-to-day operations, which include human resources, financial analysis and reporting, benefits management, vendor relations, and technology oversight. She also plays a key role in client communications, ensuring the highest levels of service and responsiveness.
Lupita graduated with honors from Kennesaw State University with a degree in Criminal Justice. To further her education, she obtained a financial analysis and bookkeeping certificate, and most recently, a digital marketing certificate from Kennesaw State. Currently, she is pursuing her MBA at the same institution, solidifying her importance as a vital member of our team.
Before joining Capovilla and Williams, Lupita worked as an assistant at the Whitfield County Public Defender’s Office in Dalton, GA. During her time there, she analyzed case details and evidence, including police reports, prior convictions, and plea deals. She participated in negotiations with prosecutors, defense attorneys, victims, and defendants to resolve cases fairly and efficiently.
One of Lupita’s primary responsibilities at Capovilla and Williams is to support our community outreach events, which reflect one of our core values: We Serve Our Community. She has organized our “Adopt a Road” project, coordinated our annual support for the Never Alone Food Bank, helped send care packages to our soldiers overseas for the holidays, and last year took the lead on our Christmas Toy Drive and Thanksgiving Dinner for homeless veterans in our local area.
“The most rewarding part of my job is working with veterans and service members every day. One of our core values is Service, and we strive to give back to the veteran community quarterly. I have had the privilege of helping veterans in need across the country, and I’ve met some incredible people along the way. Rob and Mickey like to say that we are a mission-based business, and that’s absolutely true. Giving back to our veterans and supporting our soldiers is part of our identity, and I am proud to be a part of this mission.”
