Dominic Giordano
Attorney at Law

Dominic Giordano served in the United States Marine Corps where he practiced as a criminal defense attorney and was known for his unwavering tenacity and staunch courtroom advocacy. After commissioning as a USMC officer, he was stationed at Parris Island, SC, where he successfully defended Marines and Sailors facing courts-martial, boards of inquiry, administrative separations, and post-trial proceedings. Today, Dominic is a key member of the firm’s Trial and Litigation Team, aggressively and zealously protecting the rights of military service members accused of serious crimes and misconduct.
A native of Syracuse, NY, Dominic earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Georgia before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law. After passing the New York bar exam, he began his legal career at a civil litigation firm before answering the nation’s call to service. Now, having transitioned out of the military, Dominic remains committed to his true passion by defending active-duty service members in high-stakes cases impacting their freedom, careers, and reputations.
Outside the courtroom, Dominic enjoys cycling, hiking the country’s mountain ranges and state parks, and spending time with his dogs.
