Fort Bragg, North Carolina

7 August 2020. MSG is a member of the Delta Force at Fort Bragg. His ex-wife accuses him of sexually assaulting her numerous times after he filed to obtain physical custody of their children. The MSG hires Capovilla & Williams to conduct a pretrial investigation and to uncover the truth. Robert Capovilla and Mickey Williams employ their military investigator, who speaks to dozens of witnesses who were close to the accuser. Robert and Mickey uncover that the accuser suffered from mental delusions, changed her story several times, and even sent MSG photographs of herself after she alleged that she was raped. Moreover, based on their investigation, Robert and Mickey speak to the accuser’s best friend, who informs them that the accuser always talked about how much fun she had on the vacation where she was allegedly raped and even talked about how much she enjoyed the sexual acts with the client. After uncovering all this helpful information, Robert and Mickey file a request to the client’s commander to drop the case. After nearly a of year of investigation, the case is dropped, and charges are not preferred.
